WWDC 3G iPhone A-GO-GO at BOSPDAUG, JUNE 10th, MIT 3-133
On Monday June 9th at 10am PDT, Steve Jobs will deliver the keynote at Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference where it is widely expected that Apple will launch a new 3G version of the iPhone. On Tuesday June 10th, BOSPDAUG will provide expert analysis of this promised to be earth-shattering event. We will also have boots on the ground, as Bospdaug's own Kris Noland will be attending WWDC, and will be reporting live from the scene. If you've been counting shipping containers, squinting at grainy spy photos, pacing nervously while wearing a mock black turtleneck around the house-- this is the place you'll want to be to find out exactly what went down.

BOSTON PDA DEVELOPER GROUP MAY 27th, 7pm at MIT 3-133
The Boston PDA Developer's Group is an organization of professional and non-professional programmers for various PDA platforms including iPhone/iPod touch, Pilot, Danger and Newton. Our resident cabal of developers, responsible for many well known shareware and vertical applications for Pilot, (soon Phone/iPod Touch), Newton and other platforms are a ready knowledge base for your PDA development questions. We meet the fourth Tuesday of each month at MIT in Cambridge MA in MIT room 3-133, and welcome developers of all PDA persuasions.

3G iPhone Rumor-A-Thon at BOSPAUG MAY 13th 7pm MIT 3-133
At the May meeting, we'll look in detail at the latest set of rumors swirling around the release of a 3G iPhone in the USA. Apple has also been dealing to make the iPhone available in other parts of the world-- so there's a lot of buzz right now. What are its specs likely to be for this new device? What will it look like? What will it cost? We'll have opinions on all of this and more, for sure.
